CALL FOR ENTRIES…
Innovative companies in Dorset are being invited to enter the 2013 Media Innovation Awards, the South West’s most prestigious awards event for people working in the creative industries.
The Media Innovation Awards will celebrate and honour the very best creative and innovative work produced by media, design and music companies during 2012. The glitzy award presentation event will take place in the Autumn.
The competition opened for entries on Thursday 2nd May and all members of creative networks in the South West as well as their clients can enter the awards. Any business that has recently published a new website, run a marketing campaign or launched a new brand and has commissioned the work from a company based in the South West is urged to enter the competition by the deadline of 31st May.
Entrants can enter online or download an entry pack from www.mediainnovationawards.com. Companies and individuals can enter up to five categories and the search is on for the most innovative New Talent/Business and the company or person worthy of the Most Outstanding Contribution to Innovation award. Entries for these two categories are free and can be by nomination or self-nomination.
The 17 categories in the 2013 awards will be judged by a panel of highly respected industry leaders based outside the South West. The categories include 4 new awards for Print, Video Graphics, Creative Apprentice and Creative Craft. The full list of categories is as follows:
