Tell us what you do at the agency
I’m the MD. It means I’m responsible for making it all work day-to-day. But I still get pretty hands on on strategic and UX client projects.
And tell us about your favourite piece of work produced by your agency
Seriously I’m proud of it all (well almost all). Recent stand outs would be our new global site for Britvic’s FruitShoot and BU’s digital strategy. Perhaps surprisingly, my favourite would be the campaign work we’ve done for one of our smaller clients, Arada Stoves.
What was your first job? (obviously with a creative context, we’re not too interested in paper rounds and bar work)
Marketing Manager at Eidos plc in London (the company behind Tomb Raider). It was 15 people when I started and over 400 when I left 3 years later.
How did you get that first job?
It was 1996, well before Linked-in. Back then pretty much the only way in was through a recruitment agency.

Bournemouth seems to be a hotbed of creative talent at the moment, why do you think that is?
The Uni has to take some of the credit, but its also down to the companies that have started here have stayed here and invested in attracting and supporting digital talent. Success always breeds success. Our openness to collaborate and share, (with things like Meetdraw) keeps it all fresh.
