Tell us what you do at the agency
I’m a Frankenstein of three principle roles; consumer planning and research, integrated strategy and new business. I look after RLA’s burgeoning Business Development department – a solutions team which handle all big briefs, paid-for and proactive insight, consumer research and all new business opportunities with existing and new clients. An integrated in-house team of 4 senior managers with the support infrastructure of 25 on and offline strategists and planners around the Mission group.
